Design and Architecture
KEyPoint seamlessly integrates the natural landscape with urban
structures,
drawing inspiration from the enduring spirit of Lion Rock.
By
sculpting the high-rise city fabric to mirror the rugged beauty of mountains
and rocks,
we aim to create a harmonious and vibrant environment for the
Kai Tak community.
Our design incorporates the iconic "quartz" motif found
on Lion Rock's granite surface.
This distinctive feature, with its layered
properties and artistic play of colorful lights,
adds
character and identity
to
the development.
Our commitment is to deliver a quality development that
aligns with
public aspirations, enhancing
walkability, connectivity, and
green spaces in Kowloon East.
